This article relates the dream of a “convivialist techno-project.” The author namely describes a new employment consultation committee (“Grenelle de l’emploi”) to which employment seekers are invited and listened to and in which new forms of solidarity are experimented. These dispositions find a concrete expression in a Civic Pact for Employment which citizens, the various organisations which structure economic and social life and political personnel are invited to adhere to. One of the effects of such a consultation is revealed to be the valuation and multiplication of creative actions within civil society and the sparking of numerous experimentations.
