Refounding the social model before it is too late

A global economic and social system with many innovations, based on a tax reform on income (abandonment of brackets, use of continuous solutions) and on net wealth and a redistribution by means of a variable living income (REV) that is sustainable and quantified; this is an entirely new variant, intermediate between the negative tax and the orthodox living income; it would be, for 2022, the proposed solution for an economic and social programme that responds to the social emergency. In addition to the well-known advantages of a basic income, the system gives each employee the freedom to choose his or her working hours and therefore leisure time. It also generates a bonus that could reach several tens of billions of euros to “repair” France.
