Partant de quelques séquences cliniques de la thérapie d’une petite fille de 4 ans, l’auteur met en évidence comment l’intégration de son sentiment d’identité sexuée s’est appuyée sur l’émergence de l’image archétypique de l’hermaphrodite. Cette image a animé en elle la recherche de complétude narcissique et ouvert l’accès à la reconnaissance de son identité sexuée dans la différence des sexes et des générations. C’est dans « la mise en corps » vécue dans la relation transférentielle que l’hermaphrodite s’est transformé pour laisser émerger les composantes de la triangulation œdipienne.
Referring to some moments of the psychotherapy of a four-years-old girl, the author wants to put to the fore how the integration of the patient’s sexual identity feeling have been built with the support of the image of the Hermaphrodite archetype. The Hermaphrodite archetype conducted in her the quest of the narcissic wholeness which allowed the acknowledgment of her sexual identity in the sexes’ and generations’ difference. In this ‘mise en corps’ (putting into body) through the transference relationship, the transformations of the Hermaphrodite archetype occurred, making the developmental components of the oedipical triangulation emerge.
