A partir de l’œuvre de Lautréamont et de la mythologie grecque, l’auteur cherche à établir des points de comparaison entre l’hermaphrodisme physique d’une part, la bisexualité psychique d’autre part, et la conception jungienne de l’être originel bisexué, symbole de l’union des opposés que sont le masculin et le féminin.

Using Greek mythology and the works of Lautréamont as sources, the author attempts to establish points of comparison between physical hermaphrodism, on one hand, psychic bisexuality on the other, and the jungian concept of the original bisexual being, symbol of the union of the opposing masculine and feminine principles.
