Sylvy Jaglin is a professor at the École d'Urbanisme de Paris (Université Gustave Eiffel) and a member of the Laboratoire Techniques, Territoires et Sociétés (Latts). Her research explores the relationship between infrastructure and urban change, both material and socio-political, in sub-Saharan Africa.
