Grégory Goudot is a post-doctoral fellow in the ANR program "Marginality, economy and Christianity. La vie matérielle des couvents mendiants en Europe centrale (v. 1220 - v. 1550)", holds a doctorate in history from Blaise-Pascal University (Clermont-Ferrand II), where he taught modern history as a lecturer and then as an ATER.
