Elaborating a countertransferential movement mobilises the institutional superego and emphasises the sibling transference. The siblings emerge as a scene in which the psychic agencies are embodied. The play with internal objects provides a way of tolerating de‑idealisation and confronting the superego. A reading of Freud’s « A disturbance of memory on the Acropolis » illustrates the reliance on siblings for reinforcing the ego‑superego differentiation.
