Critique of Islamic sources is among the major subjects of interest to Christian researchers involved in the field of Islamology or the Islamo-Christian dialogue. This analysis will focus on the Dominican journal MIDÉO, based in Cairo. What subjects have been taken up over the last ten years? What do they help us understand about a Christian context to reception of critical thought on the part of Islamic sources? In this article, two types of analysis will be proposed, one diachronic, covering the main subjects dealt with on source texts, and the other approach is synchronic, addressing the methods utilized and the principal elements to be noted.
