In this article we consider the body when it serves as a vehicle of clinical and psychopathological expressions during adolescence, more particularly dermatological symptoms, by observing the way they present themselves generally in psychic functioning and particularly in the treatment of instincts. Based on the works of S. Freud, D. Anzieu and various psychosomatic studies, we will place the accent on the quality of the protective shield function when found in the context of projective methodology (Rorschach and tat) which we will illustrate with two case studies.
