The main objective of this article is to analyze cooperation issues within a psychiatric care unit following profound changes in the organization of work. Based on a study in the psychodynamics of work, the text aims to show how neo-managerial reforms in psychiatry are causing difficulties in the organization of care. It then analyzes the process of clinical and therapeutic invisibilization of patients in vertical and horizontal cooperation.
