In “Speculation, Reaction, and Conclusion,” Théo Bourgeron critiques the so-called Le Roy–Haraway–Latour model, offering an original reading of the cultural speculations of recent decades. This model is grounded in a work of fiction by Boris Le Roy, in which financial speculation is explored through the means of literary creation, and from which its theoretical formulation emerges. Together, the two authors sketch a reflection on the relations between speculation, culture, and politics in today’s reactionary context.
