English
The fictional pact supposes a framework within which the reader agrees to suspend his or her distrust of the lies of fiction, but this framework has often been transgressed. The current multiplication of narratives blurs more than ever the limit between fiction and reality, and conspiracy theories could be only an avatar of this narrative perversion. A theory of the reception of conspiracy fictions must be proposed, where the reader appears to be more on the side of subjective uncertainty than of manipulation.
