The French doctrine of counter-revolutionaty war, conceived during the Indo-China and Algeria’s colonial wars, has been thought according to the representation of « a red and green deterioration », that is the union of Communists and colonized peoples. This representation that combines Communists and colonized peoples justified the use of the military technique by the police force.
