Globalization and the rapid advances in technology have had significant consequences on law. We must therefore move away from a static conception, in search of a dynamic balance. This requires taking into account an “uncertainty principle” that ensures the responsibility of the subject. It also raises the question of the relationship between universality and cultural specificities and argues in favor of a law that is both shared and “plural.”
