This article offers a comparative perspective from a psychiatric intern and an educational manager at RAP 31. The Réseau adolescence partenariat (RAP) (Adolescence and Partnership Network) attempts to explore the unique history of the subject and the suffering they face, including in their relationships to their environment. Understanding the origins of this suffering and making sense of it through a psychopathological lens requires refusing to participate in a community that denies “institutional” abuse.
