I try in this contribution to transmit what can be considered as my style of work, some of my transference and counter transference experiences with psychotic patients. The fact that I am also concerned with the world of dreams and that I have written a book on this subject is related to the discovery of a new dimension of my own unconscious during my personal analysis in London with Herbert Rosenfeld (himself particularly gifted with the dream interpretation). All that allowed me to face the discourse of my own Unconscious and of my psychotic patients and find out that their delusions have their own meanings and logics.
