            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[«&#160;Crisis in the collective&#160;» and lack of history: the
contributions of works on the group and the work teamAlthough there
is plentiful commentary on and analysis of the «&#160;crisis of the
work team&#160;», all emphasizing the harmful effect that the
unbunding between members has on quality, work safety and
«&#160;workers&#160;» health, these various discussions do not all
seem to attribute the same meaning to that catch phrase, the
«&#160;work team&#160;».Thus it seems important to clarify the
concepts involved once again and from two points of view,
psychoanalytic group theory, on the one hand, and various trends in
the clinical approach to work, on the other.This perspective has
led us to stress the central importance of a cultural legacy, the
history handed down to individuals and groups which they are
responsible for keeping alive. Recounting our analysis of a
consultation in a geriatrics unit, we hope to show how, when work
stories lack experience, it is history that cannot be passed down.]]></summary>

            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[This article sets out to discuss, from the psychodynamic point of
view, the subjective issues at stake in work, focusing the analysis
on the individual and collective relationship to concrete reality
and to the difficulties of the task. The encounter with the real
world, which is at the origin of the experience of suffering,
mobilises specific psychic processes deployed in the context of the
dynamics of recognition, or of individual and collective defences.
Consequently, the action and modalities of intervention proposed
are aimed precisely at identifying, from an analysis of the
suffering, the defences mobilized and their effects on work
activity. A critical discussion of group psychic processes will be
offered insofar as the intervention does not draw directly on the
analysis of the manifestations of the unconscious, even if
psychoanalysis is the privileged theoretical referent in the
analysis of the psychic issues at stake in work.]]></summary>

<p>Cet ouvrage, qui regroupe les principaux travaux de Paul Fustier
sur ce thème, est organisé en trois axes&#160;:</p>

l’institution qui entraîne une interrogation sur les différentes

interventions involving groups, professional staffs, and

is seen, first&#160;: in the framework of professional practice,
not depending on established, socially accepted,
descriptions&#160;; and second, in the framework of
multidisciplinary approaches. Finally, we probe in this context the

            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[One of the most documented consequences of self-employment is
loneliness at work. Some self-employed workers join or build a
collective. An ethnographic approach was conducted with two
self-employed collectives located in third places. This article
reports on the corpus analysis, composed of biographical interviews
and observation traces, that outlines the biographies of these
collectives. This research offers the opportunity to shed light on
the links between personal life stories and the history of a
collective. The essential contribution of this exploratory study is
to reveal the experiential and emancipatory resources of
individuals who wish to reinvent their profession in an autonomous
way while “forming a collective.”]]></summary>

            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[RésuméThis article proposes an examination of the different levels
of intervention of the notion of context in the ergonomie analysis
of work, and a methodology for taking them into account,
particularly in cooperative work. We successively discuss the
perceptive, cognitive, communicational, organizational and cultural
contexts which determine and give meaning to the activity of human
operators. Each level of context is discussed from a theoretical
point of view, and illustrated by case studies. We then propose a
methodology for identifying the different determining contextual
aspects in a work situation. The main principle in which this
methodology is grounded is the analysis of activity. We conclude by
proposing guidelines to facilitate the process of contextualization
in work. These proposals are illustrated by concrete examples of
assistance in the taking into account of context.]]></summary>

organization which asked us to train its professionals on the
prevention of psychosocial risks into an intervention seen as an «
health experience » conducted with the professionals. Through the
analysis of everyday experiences of the professionals around a
dilemma of ordinary work : the files which are « gnawing », «
haunting », « invading » the daily life of work control agents, we
explore the links between individual health and collective
psychosocial resources. The framework of the intervention will be
discussed as a space of collective development of health at work.]]></summary>

and a new management are causes of profound disturbance in
business. They have repercussions on social cohesion and the
traditional forms of cooperation as well as of struggle. Unions are
confronted with a weakening of work teams. The problem is
accentuated by outsourcing and the significantly reduced number of
workers in the home office. This destabilization has consequences
for the vitality of the forces of opposition. The feeling of
powerlessness which results sometimes leads to a true fatalism
which affects not only the employees but the labor unionists as
well. What mechanisms and new approaches can the actors call on to
hope to act as counterbalance and reverse these tendencies?]]></summary>
