Resumé
Toute approche palliative pédiatrique se doit de prendre en compte l’environnement familial dans lequel l’enfant se situe, car celui-ci est en étroite relation avec sa fratrie et ses parents. Le passage du curatif au palliatif est un moment décisionnel inabordable pour les parents. Celui-ci nécessite de s’attacher à penser les bouleversements groupaux, familiaux, médicaux, qu’une telle situation suscite.
