Patrick Cottin is director of the Maison des adolescents de Loire-Atlantique (mda 44). A social worker and sociologist by training, he is a founding member of the Association nationale des Maisons des adolescents (anmda), which he chaired until 2018. He is now Honorary President and Chairman of the Partners' Council.
