Hugues Lagrange is a researcher at CNRS and Sciences Po, attached to OSC. After studying the sexual behavior of young people in the context of the HIV epidemic, then their socialization in poor neighborhoods, he turned his attention to the consequences of modernization in Europe, the United States and India.
