This article focuses on digital transformation (DT) and intergenerational learning by mobilizing the theoretical framework of collective skills. The research draws on a qualitative survey conducted within a public railway organization. The results show that DT is a full-fledged tool for the development of learning when the entrepreneurial context brings together employees from different generations. Then, we discuss the effects of this digital transformation on modes of collaboration and learning. We highlight the fact that the development of collective skills within teams makes it possible to foster intergenerational solidarity, leading to an increase in employees’ skills.
