Capital endowments in the form of advances on inheritance, granted to citizens who request them, represent an innovative and promising solution to compensate for the current inadequacies of money creation. The banker’s job is to lend at the slightest risk, so money only goes to money. By injecting money “from the bottom”, financial resources could be distributed more equitably and innovation and economic development would be encouraged. This would facilitate life paths, especially for young people. Such a mechanism would not require any borrowing or additional taxes from the State, which would simply have to sanctify the capital necessary to comply with the same prudential ratios as those currently imposed on banks.
