The contemporary work described in this very short article is a fictional work in three episodes produced between 2023 and 2025 as part of the event “Un été au Havre”. It creates a dialogue between the city, rebuilt after the Second World War, and the latent space of its counterfactual version, fed by municipal archives. The result of an “artificial imagination”, the work presents a town that doesn’t exist, but could perhaps have.
