The question of disobeying introjections that hinder spontaneity and freedom is essential in therapy. Three clinical vignettes attempt to show, firstly, different types of unhealthy introjections, and then to illustrate the disobedience movements that the therapist felt she witnessed during the session, including her own. All these movements find their source in an inner support spot, which she attempts to describe with a phenomenological eye.
