Between the announcement of the creation of a new health agency combining three institutions in the field, to which was then added a public interest group, and the holding of the first board meeting of the new organisation, and of course through to the publishing of legislative and regulatory texts, more than two years have passed. This period is summarised here from a unique perspective, the goal being to shed light on the tools, uses and domains of this project. It is indeed the timeframes of the reform which are highlighted here, around three entwined points: that of the law, that of the project, and that of social dialogue.
