Un maillage partenarial pluridisciplinaire stable pendant plusieurs années mis en place dès la naissance de l’enfant auprès de parents multi-carencés ne garantit pas l’acquisition des compétences parentales nécessaires à la bonne évolution du mineur. La dimension affective, très complexe, constitue un écueil parfois insurmontable, comme l’illustre l’histoire de la petite Carla, qui nous amène à imaginer un dispositif de soutien intensif et continu à la parentalité.

Early childhood care: The limits of parental guidance and developmental prospects
The establishment, for multiply--disadvantaged parents, of a stable multidisciplinary partnership network over several years starting from the birth of the child does not guarantee the acquisition of the parental skills necessary for the healthy development of the minor. Sometimes the affective dimension, which can be very complex, constitutes a potentially insurmountable obstacle. This is illustrated by the story of Carla, which leads us to imagine an intensive and continuous support system for parenting.
